What is the controller doing?
I had just received a cv addressable switch a few hours before the video for exactly this purpose. Some of the percussion is multed to various signal processing chains in parallel and the switch let’s me select between dry, various FX and muted. It’s the last thing I need to program into the Nerd, as-is I’m using that voltage source for selection. The band camp track is also manual manipulation, which is why it sounds different. I had just started to program it on a More CV channel when it was time for Minecraft with my 7 year old son.
So the complete sequence is handled by the NS and you're just manipulating the effects chain (or lack thereof) manually, correct?
Yes, the entire thing is through-composed in the Nerd. The only manual interaction is that CV source connected to the switch.
