Hey! im fiddling around for a while now but im stuck. I want the NerdSeq to be a Midi Slave to my DAW. So when I press record on my Logix that it starts playing. I tried to change some Clock Sync settings and turned on EXT MIDI CLOCK on the NerdSeq. It doesn't respond at all.. Maybe someone has an Idea to strengthen the Logic an NerdSeq Relationship. Thank You!
It should start with logic (or any other daw) in this setup. Maybe logic needs to bet setup to provide midi start/stop and clock.
Nerdseq doesn‘t support MTC.
Cant get it to work tryed everything… One Forum said something about Midi Messages and a the Software MidiPipe.. Spend 8 Hours today researching
May i Should buy a Doepfer Usb midi Interface and put it in the Nerdseq Clock input?

No! Midi is still the best option together with DIN-Sync. A modular clock works well of course but then you don‘t get the start/stop comfort.
Does other software work? Do you have hardware gear that sends clock. Does the midi input of the NerdSEQ work well (try with other gear).
Which Midi expander are you using?
In Logic you need to explicitly send MIDI clock to whatever output on you interface the NerdSeq is attached to. It’s under Logic project setting->sync. I just tracked something with the Nerd slaved to Logic, and these are the steps I take.
Hmm I use my System 1 as midi device and its registered as Sync device, checked the box... is there anything else I have to do inside logic? some told me I have to use MidiPipe?
PM sent. You don’t need MIDI pipe. Not being familiar with the system 1, if you can verify that it is receiving sync then the issue is that it’s not passing it to the thru/output.
