I want to send pitch to an oscilator and a filter from the nerdesq (say on track 1). 

Is it possible to have one CV16 output mirror or duplicate the CV1 output, without copying the note values? (I know that the easiest solution is to use stack cables or multiplier modules)

You could use the automators for it. One using a CV output as source and the other one using a CV output of the CV16 as destination. AMP to F7. That does work for basic cloning.
