Hi,
I want to reset my Grids every bars.
so Reset out from Nerdseq to Grids reset in (set as reset not tap)
in Nerdseq I add a SPFX009 on the beat I want to reset :00 in a one bar pattern.
But when I press shift start it always takes a loop to reset. Like the first occurrence is not red ?
Anything I do wrong ?
thx for help.
I think that this is an issue with the Grids. The first pulse is generated (I just tested it and checked the scope pictures), but maybe the grids didn't realize that it already started and ignores the reset pulse then?
I don't know, but I can assure the clock and pulses are generated properly.
Thx !
Other issue with Grids. I want to play Grids live. But record some patterns to Nerdseq So I can switch from live perf on grid or recorded / playback sequencer from grids.
So I take it's 3 trigs out from Grids to the 3 inputs on the Nerdseq.
Live input ON
input 1 LIVE Pass to trig 1
input 2 LIVE Pass to trig 2
input 3 LIVE Pass to trig 3
Input 1 Record GATE 1
Input 2 Record GATE 2
Input 3 Record GATE 3
I create 3 patterns on 1 /2 / 3 play then turn "record" on.
But I don't get the pattern really. I get a bunch of 00 in TR probably because grids outputs 1ms ? but also they are not properly quantized.
I tried with GATE option on the Grids. same thing.
Any idea if I could archive that ?

1ms is indeed way too fast for a trig to be detected properly into the NerdSEQ Grid. You could try to set the record to Trigs instead of gates. Also I expect that the gates/trigs are 0/5 volt?
Are your inputs calibrated well?
Thanks !
I didnt see this option. Setting it to "Input X Record Trigger X" works perfectly.
It gives accurate TR40 !
