I have a project with a track that has a 64 step pattern, when I play it, it always plays twice before continuing to the pattern. 

I must done this by accident, I don’t remember setting anything to making this happen. I can’t seem to find option, setting, or FX that makes this happen. 

This is a useful feature, I just don’t know how I got this to happen, and for this project, it makes track 3 out of sync with the other tracks.

I figured it out: choose a pattern -> Track set up -> track clock.
