Still this up there ^

I know this is maybe very far from easy but I would love to have monome grid support as well. I may build a norns script to facilitate this.
My other thought is that I am considering trying to use a launchpad (or monome grid which I already have) to trigger resolume clips that I want to "attach" to specific clips on my nerdseq. Does or will the nerdseq send midi data to the launchpad so that its grid can know which buttons to illuminate and if so would you try to split the midi out of the launchpad and send it into my computer for resolume? I know that the nerdseq does not support midi through but I am basically trying to use a grid type controller to trigger both video and audio that will be schematically in the same form. I hope im not rambling and making sense.

Just searched what resolume is. Which probably answers the question very fast. I don't know.
I support (and will only support) the Launchpad devices as they are cheap and solid and provide exactly what is needed to provide exactly the 8 track grid functions of the NerdSEQ on a pad + the Mute/Solo and function buttons on the right.
I am sure you can write an easy script which would translate monome to the launchpad commands. I use the standard programmer mode which allows to receive the pad presses and allows to give every pad a colour.

Is there a list of midi ccs for directly launching clips on the nerdseq? I'm assuming I can find which ones would normally be sent to turn the lights on on the launchpad but the manual seems to focus on moving the cursor, though I could very easily be missing it!

I would like to change the current step lights (like the running sequence flow) to UP->DOWN instead of LEFT->RIGHT. Same for the Triggers (and soon notes) that are filled in.
Mainly because it would fit more the UP/DOWN flow of the Tracker and then the Trigger Screen and Trigger Expander screen would both be matching then.
....which also means that I am finally developing again...yeeehaaa

Interesting choice... personally I like left > right as that's how all media players/daw's etc. work
I see music as a kind of timeline that moves forward so an advancing linerly makes sense to me.
It might take some time to get used to for people well used to the current way of working.
You are the creator, so it's your choice. I don't think it would add or take anything away from the workflow either way.

Should be pretty easy to turn the launchpad 90 degrees over as well, for people who like left->right, I guess?

I just want to set it straight through the whole system. While the view on the screen goes from Up -> Down, so should every other view be. ( No I am never ever going to introduce a horizontal view...that would be blasphemy ). Well, maybe a setting then?
