My name is Yea Lace and I'm all in happy narnia with Nerdseq. So much so that after updating my setup over this Thanksgiving weekend I made a mini album sequenced entirely in Nerdseq using Midi channels and trigger expander...
I'm really excited to share it, even though its CHEESE TASTIC (which I didnt anticipate...I wanted to try a bit for RDJ album vibes kinda...)
its called UR rom PLUR, kinda because I use Integra 7 so much on it... also
Iwant to find some way to thank Thomas and Xor for his AMAZING work on the firmware updates, it TOTALLY blows my mind just how hard hes been working on this and how brilliantly well its designed as many of you probably know full well, dont know how but I will figure that out soon..
Also am going to try to continue this to "finish" the album over the upcoming holiday... I got some time off so that means I got some time ON nerdseq,
All sounds are either Integra 7, Blofeld, x0x heart, Plonk, Assimil8or (which was basically decreed by the heavens to be a perfect companion to Nseq More Triggers...) through Mimeophon, Tapographic Delay and Audio Damage Spectre...Recorded strait to sound forge with a Really Nice Compressor on the drum bus for some songs... I say "100% sequenced" bc thats true but I do record these in live takes where I physically am tweaking effects and using Softwire Synthesis Octal Switch to live rout some triggers to stuff like x0x heart and Plonk....
