got some display glitches with the new firmware
i use it with a midi keyboard so midi and trigger expander.
no big problem. when i scroll sideways it hangs a bit
no big deal but I thought I should mention it

thx for the great work again ... love it
and i will order a cv expander as soon as posible

Have you been recording or was it when switching between screens or when exactly?
I haven't had much time to use my NerdSEQ since I got it over the holidays, but I'm looking forward to trying out this new firmware. I notice that the off time for retriggered notes is now 500us. Unfortunately that is still not enough time to work reliably with all of my modules. Is there any possibility of making it configurable? Something in the 1-2ms range would be ideal for me.

Anyway, it's a small thing and the number of new features and enhancements is huge. Thanks!
Hey! I'm about to get the CV+Trigger expander, quick question are the triggers and CV designed to work together? I have the weird sense that the trigger expander only works in that drum matrix window, but will this mode have access to the 16 CV outs too? I'm not sure if I make sense Smile

You mean control every output of all expanders from just one track? Not possible of course.
You assign here as well an expander to a track (or more) and get the features of the expander.
But you can connect both of course and use the cv outputs on tracks and the trigger output on other tracks of course.

Remember, you never get more tracks with the expanders!

No not controlling all expanders from one track, that would be crazy. So I understand you can assign additional triggers and CV to each tracks? How many per track can you assign?

Also does the drum mode have access to the CVs too?, I guess that was my main question.  But then if you choose the drum mode do you loose the 6 tracks? sorry if this already been answered.

Short answer: No you don't lose anything. You still have with the trigger expander control over the local CV/Gate/MOD outputs through the FX and fully via the automators.
And with the CV expander you got even much more control over all outputs, not only through the FX!!
Check the video about the trigger expander and check the manual on how they integrate and how the screens are changing.
While waiting for my CV16 expansion, I ask myself a question:
Is it (or will it be) possible to vary an envelope release or the frequency of an LFO for exemple via one of the 4 CV live inputs ?

Yup...through the automators.
Aaaaaaabsolutly awesome! Better than I expected.
I say it all the time, I know, but your sequencer (and therefore your work) is fabulous.

Expander idea Wink
4 knobs with manual fixed CV for twinking some NerdSEQ parameter pre assigned in live situation

Thank you Thomas
