It's the 3rd time going back to the Nerdseq and I've just realized that it's perfect for me.
Here's the new setup and I'm EAGERLY waiting for the new i2c expander.
How do you use the Sweet Sixteen in this setup? I have one coming this week as well.
Also what's that Fjöl module?
Sorry for the super late reply, I have a smaller 54hp setup now but I used the Sweet Sixteen as a controller for my ER-301 almost exclusively.
I designed a fork of the 16n faderbank which is just knobs instead of faders and only 12 of them for the 54hp case. Called it "Tólf" which is "Twelve" in Icelandic lol
Fjöl is a 4 voice phase modulation(like the DX7 but more direct control and no menu diving) synth module I've been designing for like 2 years now, did my bachelor thesis on it.
Currently only MIDI controlled but there will be a 2hp expander that has 4 triggers and 4 v/oct inputs

The parameters have changed a bit but it's getting to a point where I'm going to build some modules for beta testers here in Iceland.
Here's the modulargrid page:

Here's the new 54hp case:
