Would this be possible for, say, controlling 4 x monophonic devices per track?
It would be theoretically possible of course. Not on top of my priorities though, but I add it on my 2do list and we'll see If and when.
Whoop, thanks. Would also be great for sending program changes to devices with their own sequencers.
I would love to see this as well! I’m using the NERDSEQ to MIDI sequence sliced breaks on my BitBox. It is fantastic - I haven’t had this much sonic fun in ages! The issue is that to manipulate multiple sliced breaks (each listening on it’s own MIDI channel), I have to use a separate MIDI track on the NERDSEQ. Three of the four MIDI notes per track stay unused this way. I’ll probably be able to workout something with CV and modulation, versus MIDI, as the Bitbox slices can also be chosen in this way, but I would love to do it all in MIDI. Thanks for even considering this, some point along the way.
You could ask 1010 as well i guess? ;-)
Like mapping through notes or via Midi CC?

Of course, already have - no response yet!  It would be great if I could map multiple samples across notes, versus one, in Bitbox.  Triggering one shots is no problem, as all the pads are assigned to notes as well as cc, it's just the way they implement slicing and MIDI control, as best as I understand it, as you have to select a midi channel input to control the slices.  Their forum isn't very active or responsive though.  Going to try the CV and modulation route tonight, to see if that does the trick, as each pad has it's own trigger input that can be assigned CV modulation for slice control.  If so, I will post a brief update, in case anyone else finds this useful down the road!
Same here..Smile
Hi Guys, just want to share that I was able to try an early release of the next firmware and have permission to share my experience. It now has it such that you can overrule the MIDI channel for notes 2-4. It works well, and I am now able to sequence multiple sliced samples on my Bitbox (each listening to their own MIDI channel), all from one MIDI track. The MIDI track is now better utilized for this sort of use case scenario where I don't need four note polyphony sent on one MIDI channel. It works great - thanks Thomas!
Very exciting news. Smile Is it also possible to do duophony on 1-2 and different channels on 3-4?

Yes, single, duo, trio, quad.
