I have question about video on xor YouTube Channel,

i tryed to Make the piano phase, i understand the 2 different pattern with different groove but i don't understand the clock situation.
In description it's writed "each step of the 12 note long sequence needs 32 clock pulses to get to the next step"
How i Can sequence 32 clock pulses ?
Actually When i write the groove column i change the default groove (6) to ("w") (as the video) the groove is "+26"
I would like to understand this feature
