From the manual:

For each CV output there is an additional setting to decide if the Modulator (Envelope or LFO)

should be pure or added to the current Note/Pitch.

I'm not sure how to set this up.  If I have note cv coming out CV1, how do I add, say an LFO to it from another CV output?
Use add if you would like to add vibrato to your note. Then in the note column, press shift+ok a few times until an envelope shows up. Shift + curor right a few times until it turns into an LFO.
Now the LFO is added to your pitch.
To get LFO from a seperate output, simply enter an LFO event in the column that corresponds to that output.
The trick is that you don't use the LFO from another output but you just enable a LFO to the current output.
Great, thanks. The bit I was missing was using the same column, as in what to do if there are no gaps - of course you just divide the clock!

Very controllable vibrato and modulation - love it.
