I have a sample Track with a pattern 00 and i can't add it a second time. Higher pattern numbers seem to be ok. Didnt try with cv tracks.

I am aware of that and will fix it soon. I already tried to but everytime i couldn't reproduce it. It only happens in some circumstances.
I think it is also only with 00. Maybe you avoid it for now (copy+paste it into a new pattern...or clone a pattern).

I also experience this with CV tracks. I started a CV track with pattern 00. Then I made a sample pattern 01 and then another cv pattern 02.
Copying works.

Yes i can reproduce it now and it'll be fixed for the next release. Until then like clabeux said, copy paste works as a workaround.
