RE: Release Candidate Firmware V1.18 (RC3 UPDATE) - gromler - 02-14-2019 The only thing I noticed is that when using an external clock signal from my rig, it really can make the BPM crazy. My project saved with a 7200bmp once. This may have been fixed in RC3, so I will double check that. ![]() --Scott RE: Release Candidate Firmware V1.18 (RC3 UPDATE) - ehr - 02-14-2019 I don't know if this is how Basenote is supposed to work but it seems odd: enter a note on the note colum, add Basenote 000 to FX colum and the note that plays is not transposed (as expected) but change Base note to 0FF and the note that plays is down one half step. Seem like if there is no transposition at 000 then there shouldn't be any at 0FF. I didn't change the clock detection, but there is indeed a fix for the clock loading/saving because there was a different problem when loading while the sequencer was playing. All from 0FF down is transposing halfnotes down and all form 001 is halfnotes up. All ok. RE: Release Candidate Firmware V1.18 (RC3 UPDATE) - depaffect - 02-17-2019 "Clone Pattern" seems to be broken in RC3! The selecting of patterns is done on the row below what it should be. To clone, say, pattern 2 to 3 - you actually need to go to the "to" row, and press right 2 times, then go back up to the "from" row and the value updates. Then you need to go to the "clone now" row and press right 3 times, then go up to the "to" row, and the value updates! Oh i think this is an abandoned function! I will remove that in the next version. You can more simply clone a pattern in the sequencer screen by pressing SHIFT+OK and it will be cloned into a new pattern. I didn't touch that since quite a time i think, so it has been in there like this since earlier versions i guess. RE: Release Candidate Firmware V1.18 (RC3 UPDATE) - depaffect - 02-17-2019 Oh I didn't know that function! That's super handy! ![]() RE: Release Candidate Firmware V1.18 (RC3 UPDATE) - theotteryears - 02-18-2019 Hey Thomas, Just installed the Nerdseq - it is most excellent ![]() great job on making this module. I love it. One quick thing I've found (not sure if this is due to the new firmware or if this is a bug otherwise) but when you create a table and place it on the first 4 steps, it does not play the table on the first step. The table I made was outputting TRIG 1 in the FX column. I can attach screenshots if helpful - or make a short video? Thanks, Chris RE: Release Candidate Firmware V1.18 (RC3 UPDATE) - XORadmin - 02-18-2019 (02-18-2019, 09:44 PM)theotteryears Wrote: Hey Thomas, Great timing! I just released this version as stable version ;-) Maybe you attach the savefile, then i can check it myself....or a video is also always handy. I literally just put it in my rack ![]() ok cool - ill see if I can attach the save file for you! |
