RE: Lockup loading proj. with 1.20 RC - XORadmin - 08-05-2019 (08-05-2019, 04:39 PM)StateAzure Wrote: I'm getting a complete lockup during loading of one particular project (which I've included). I created the proj with 1.20 RC1. When it repeatedly continued to fail loading, I decided to upgrade to RC2, but still it doesn't load at all and locks on the load screen. I actually moved it here away from the Bugreport as this is an unreleased / unstable version which shouldn't be reported in the official bugreports. So can you add the project file so i can take a look sometime in the next days (sorry on vacation right now). Can you also give some more information about the project? Did you use any expanders with it? Well now I see the problem. I can't attach the file, because it's empty..I just checked the original file on the SD card, and yep, showing as 0 kb. No wonder it wouldn't load! I have a whole bunch of projects on there all of which are showing file sizes, just not the one that's corrupt. I guess that's gone then. Anyway, I was using only the MIDI expander and that was just to do some live midi recording. Everything was fine before I shut it down last night. I should start using the backups option I suppose. PS I think I had 3 tracks altogether. Every track was a Modular track, created by using live midi recording and had a bunch of live modulation that I entered in real-time using the mod wheel on my keyboard. That's really it. I didn't use any modFX or tables etc. RE: Release Candidate Firmware V1.20 RC2 - shledge - 08-06-2019 Loving this firmware. One thing that is annoying me at the moment, possible bug - pitch bend resets when I play a new note. RE: Release Candidate Firmware V1.20 RC2 - shledge - 08-06-2019 Playing live mainly. RE: Release Candidate Firmware V1.20 RC2 - Barney Rubble - 08-06-2019 I can jump in here - as I can see same issue - playing midi pitch wheel into cv track - note resets pitch bend. I thought you were on holiday!! If you start a an empty CV/modular pattern then pitch bend from midi input behaves as expected - if that helps RE: Release Candidate Firmware V1.20 RC2 - grib - 08-06-2019 Hi, I installed 1.20 RC2 and loaded a save-file from an older version (1.16 I think). In the Automate screen there are some un-allowed values for some automation destination slots (see screenshot) and when I try to adjust these values pretty soon I will get an error as shown. The Nerdseq locks up completely and doesn't respond to any keypresses. If I clear the slot with DELETE it goes back to -- and I can then adjust it within the legal range with no problems. When the error comes then it is a detected crash. Please add the project file so i can check where the weird automation values come from...when i’m back.
