Controlling vca via envelopes - help

Thanks. I tried this just now, but I'm still not getting snappy envelopes I do get some noticable differences when I adjust the envelope, but its not effecting the notes, just a gradual fade in and fade out as it loops through the pattern.

Edit, actually now i've played with the envelope a bit more, Its just a playin gthe notes with no break or ADSR.. Is there some universal setting I may have on that is messing it all up?

Please load this attached project. I works on the MOD output 2 and track 2 and is only a simple thing. I just tried it. It is set to AD-SR mode.
