Couldn’t see a question on this in the forum but if you have a link to the answer please let me know ?.
In the photo below, I want to edit the sequence so it will automatically play the orange island 3 times then jump to the purple island to play one time then back to the orange island.
How do I do this and where would I enter the command?
You would use another track from which you can control what patterns (as in sequencer column+row) should play next and generate there the flow you want. You use the STSP command for that.
Track 6 is not used yet so that could be the one.
Pretty sure you can create something similar also through the mappings but that would be more complex.

Great, thank you. Finally found the STSP command amongst the FX ones. Looks like I can use an audio track for these too.
I'm still stumped on how to get an island to repeat itself a few times before jumpin to another island. I was hoping it was a case of entering "BRK & repeat n times" in the first FX slot, then a STSP command in the next FX slot, so it's serve left FX slot command, then the serve whatever is slotted in the FX column to its right. But that doesn't seem to be the case?

The BRK command is only within a pattern but not through several patterns or for an island, so forget about that one for this function.
You would create an own timeline on the track which uses the STSP command. An easy one would be make 11 same patterns without the stsp command and the 12th pattern gets the command/s. More complex would be to use different clock to reduce the amount of patterns.
In the end you know how many patterns play until the jump to the new island should happen and that is what you use in your 'timeline' track.
The mappings are also a possibility, more flexible but also more complex.
