More CV Expander?
#31
Yes
Yes

As for the first, keep in mind that you have 6 columns (+3 fx) available per track.
So that would need 2 tracks to get 8+8.

And 2nd, the envelopes can be set to 0 attack and 0 release and if you set it also to half sustain, then you got your regular gate on/off.

And for recording, you can record in different ways into the 6 columns.
With Midi either up to 6 voices into the columns. Or up to 5 voices plus an envelope in the last column. (First note on -> attack sustain and last note off -> envelope release) or also real polyphonic so each note sets also it’s own envelope. That can then be up to 3 CV + 3 Envelope polyphonic.

With 6 columns, am I not limited to 3 pairs of CV&Envelope, or 6 voices for two tracks?

Yes if you go for only the 6 columns it is 3x3.
But you can do the same with the fx columns, so you can get 4x4 with it per track.

Okay, that's clear, thanks!
Are the CV values in the columns always expressed as note names (e.g. A#3), or are numerical Mod values (e.g. 559) also possible?

Oh maybe i got to update it a bit. It seems complex, but in the end it is easy and flexible.
Got to shoot a video soon to explain it well.

Yes, a video would help a lot. And having the module in front of me. Which will happen soon, because I just ordered it ;-).

Hi Thomas!

i just installed the expanders and i got to use the outputs 1-6 via the first 6 columns. (setting notes)

can i set notes the same way for outputs 7 and 8? (with the first track used)

my second track controls outputs 9-14

thanks in advance!

They are 6 available columns for all the data per track. But you could use 2 FX columns for the other 2 notes
