Display pattern step length on sequencer screen

Obviously it's possible to go into the pattern screen and find out, but it would be nice to see on the sequencer screen too.  I think there's room.

and what would you use for the "pattern length"? Row number of the highest row with anything on it? Because the actual number of steps before the pattern exits could be random (if the BRK FX is influenced by probability), or a multiple of the "length" based on how the BRK is parameterized, or...

I think he means patternlength. I think BRK can be seen as an additional command which indeed can be random if wanted.

Yeah, had a think about this and I think it would be better if it excluded BRK commands.

LOL I didn't even know "patternlength" was a thing! I thought BRK was the only way to end a pattern!

Now I see it in the NERD menu.

Haha...i think you should check all the latest changenotes then, because they are many gems in there!
