It really is a shame that the Sonic Voltage series stopped dead in its tracks. That entire YouTube channel stopped, in fact, not just the NerdSEQ content, as did related social media. I hope nothing bad happened to its creator.

That request got me thinking...
...when I started with modular I really enjoyed the slow paced and sometimes very basic videos from the late Raul Pena (Raul's world of synth) and except for a few I guess I watched them all.
I'm considering to create some videos re the NerdSEQ. Something like short 5-10 minutes (max. 15 min) videos on very limited features or tips or the like. I hope that greatly removes the need for a proper storyline and if something comes up it could be "inserted" in the timeline at a later time or even superseeded by a remake
On top of that the time required for a video should remain somewhat reasonable.
Here's the deal:
I would like to get input from others NerdS (couldn't resist ) w/r to what would be interesting topics/ideas/tips-n-tricks/... that should be covered. I could also envision this as a community effort with a (loose) group of contributors.
What do others think - yeah, I know, everybody likes it when someone else proposes to do some work - or more precisely is there enough community interest to get this going as a community project?
Kind regards,
Michael

He is fine actually. I am in contact with him and he will most probably continue soon and the NerdSEQ + expanders is something he likes to cover, next to also other gear.
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.
Every (unnessesary) forum support means less time to develop! But of course, i am here to help!

I’m glad to hear that, Thomas.

Hi,
thank you for your comment, I appreciate it. I am sorry for the unplanned prolonged absence and lack of videos.
I am ok and I am working on getting content (overall SonicVoltage) started again.
I recently started shooting new content and I am editing part of it. New videos will be up soon (I know I said this before, but this time I am actually editing it so it's happening .) I have new content and more NerdSeq videos will follow, that's for sure. This beast of a sequencer doesn't stop growing . So many new features since my last video, plenty to cover!
I recently did start posting again on social media, my latest posts here:

Thanks again.
We are going to 'have more fun and keep Euroracking' soon!

There is absolutely no need to feel sorry about that. Life happens.
I’m just glad to learn that nothing particularly bad happened, especially given 2020 being 2020.

Thank you guys for your posts above, I am ok now.
I hope XORadmin will not mind me posting this here, this is to say thank you all, to say actually 'hi' properly and to start the new bunch of videos for 2021
Yes, videos going over all the newer Nerdseq futures and hardware will follow, keep in mind it will take a bit of time to finish them even if in chunks
Cheers!

There’s no need to thank us; our thanks go to you! Your videos have helped many a person feel more confident deciding whether or not NerdSEQ (and other modules) is right for them.
