I’m not getting a lot of time with my system this year, an hour here or there every couple of days. It’s over on my workbench next to the drill press while my finished basement damage gets repaired at a glacial pace. But every time I fire up the NerdSeq, I fall in love all over again. Thomas has designed something that is just so good, I almost want to keep it a secret! Had an hour today and worked on this.

Welcome to the forum, and nice video! By chance a number of your earlier videos in your channel show as played, not that I recall how I found my way to them. Subscribed!

Thank you so much! This is great!! Do I hear the FM synthesis of the NerdSEQ? At least it sounds like this to me.
PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.
Every (unnessesary) forum support means less time to develop! But of course, i am here to help!  Smile

Thanks. I haven't delved into the 4-op on the Nerd yet, still using the audio tracks for drum samples as in this example. My sessions tend to not last very long: patch something up, get it "cool" and then the kids want to play Minecraft or whatever.

This was the last patch before the basement catastrophe, sequencing a TX81Z with the Nerd. I posted it on Muff's a few months ago. I had the Nerd for a month at this point and was having a lot of fun with SPFX 00C.

I'm continuing to revise this patch, but wanted to share a version with better quality audio than the phone.

Hi. I haven't used a forum in forever.

I dk if I've done an intro or not, but my setup is finally starting to almost take off again.

This is a rough version, give or take a few I'm expecting/planning on getting asap, of what I've got... For now.

This is a weird file/patch/jam. I like to use the Warps to Vocode the Sample drums from the Nerdseq/add a pitch with the Envelope generator.

Included in this are a couple of things which are en route to me and I'm still trying to close it up a bit more neatly cause of this apartments bugs who are always nearby my patches for some reason...

And I can post more of what's been recorded.

There have been many plans for my system and they've never fully followed through *like using multiple azimuths for quad sound*, and the previous case was damaged.... But a Pico filter is coming and a Kinks and I'm finally getting a few more things I need...

Hopefully, my Drumbrute and my 7U Performance case on a stand with my neutron and pedals... Soon...

Currently there is a stereo output *soon using the actual box's jacks hopefully*, I'd like to add a MSCL from WMD as a comp on the master track out/for more punchy sidechains.

Hoping to crosspatch all of this until it makes more sense with the Fusion Mixer being mostly additive and the Mutamix kind of being subtractive.

But, for now, it can at least output a stereo voice and a drum and I'm honestly EXCITED that the MIDI expander is working again.

Really trying to level up my skills with my Nerdseq/see what I can learn here or ask if I need advice.

I can share an instagram of a jam...

https://www.instagram.com/tv/CRPmQ44BKoR..._copy_link This is pretty quiet, but was fun. Will post longer tracks when I can.

Wondering what the best way to attenuate/attenuvert the signals to be better for generating pitches/gates/etc for inputting CV into the Nerdseq's inputs/which threads have talked about generative techniques.

I'll get sleep and post again. And post more of my work and setup. Soon. Hopefully things will be more covered up and there will be actual patch cables and a workspace soon. Heart

Here's a piece that I made in the NerdSeq where I mixed the output of the Video Expander with my video synth.

How do I embed it so that I get a screen thumbnail?
