firmware 1.28 ....?
#1
Hi Thomas, I'm sure people have asked this elsewhere. Anyhow, after seeing you talking about the new 1.28 firmware update on YouTube, I imagined it would be available here shortly afterwards. So, can you tell us (+/-) when you expect to post the new firmware, which looks like the most important update I've ever seen, very exciting.

Thanks in advance.

BTW, for all those that didn't see the V1.28 presentation:

I am on it. Still some things to do before I can put it to the release candidates.

I might upload a 'non-version' before that to play around with it, but with zero support or feedback.

Every (unnessesary) forum support means less time to develop! But of course, i am here to help!  Smile

Hi Thomas, a +1 on having a 'non-version' test release without support etc.
Really looking forward to the mapping screen and what new capabilities this unlocks!

+1, can't wait to put hands on this firmware and test the mapping screen.
Thomas any update on that ? Testing all this should takes a lot of time, Maybe we can help you during this test phase ?

In addition I would love to see the complete list of sources and destinations I could map when the feature will came out, do you have it on hand ?
Anyway, thank you Thomas to keep the NerdSeq alive with awesome features.

This is the current roadmap:
- Getting the last bits ready to send out the betatest Multi-IO Units this week or begin of next week.
- Keep on hard working until the end of next week and will for sure upload a ' test'  version here to play around with it.
- Going on vacation and leave you all completely in the dark. (My brain, too)
- Coming back, finishing the last bits + what came up with the betatesting
- Uploading as usual a release candidate version
- Releasing when no bad things came up
- Start to ship the Multi-IO

Just FYI, except for hardware features which are related to the Multi-IO, all the upcoming features will work also without it!
