It is my understanding (and AFAIR this is what the manual says) that normally no calibration is needed. I recall that moving from Firmware 1.21 to 1.22 (or 1.23) you had to recalibrate the inputs by means of the autocalibrate function (see page 82 in the manual).

Proper manual calibration requires a decent voltmeter. Your average 20€ (or so) multimeter is not sufficient.

As of last night I now have firmware updated with the easter egg set up and tested. Haven’t yet had much time to explore further, though did make sure to take a peek at the FX selector screen. Really nice.

Added 11 point calibration and precision for CV/MOD outputs. (...) The same added for the CV16 expander (firmware for that one following).

I’m currently fighting with a downstream module that has quite crappy ADC, and being able to do the more detailed calibration on the NerdSEQ side would help me reduce the number of variables in play while coding fixes for it.

Out of curiosity, is there a rough timeline for the CV 16 firmware update?

I got this already finished, but I want to test it myself again properly plus I didn't want to put too many attributes within one release so I can still oversee if they are any issues.

Thanks for the response!  Yes I haven't performed the Auto Calibration ever!  And have moved through OS updates from v1.17! 
Going to perform the auto calibration today!

I might have missed something reading this manual update but I can't seem to figure out how to set up polyphonic MIDI recording across modular channels 1-6? Any tips would be much appreciated

Set like Midi Channel 1 to Track 1 Record. Then in the track setup of Track 1 you define how many voices polyphony you want to have.

That's it. Each (poly) track you want to record needs a pattern of course.
