More Video-IO Expander

I'm having some trouble with my More Video.  I bought and installed it around a 6 weeks ago with no problems - got everything working.  I just put in the Multi IO boat and now it doesn't respond to either Keyboard or Video.  The expander is found and appears to be configured but does not do anything.  Also it will not let me save a configuration for the video and restart (per the menu item) it say "Fail". I've removed the other expansion, but that hasn't made any difference. I haven't changed the keyboard or monitor.

Any ideas?

It’s bever getting recognized.
Check if you accidentally break the SD Card. Does anything show up on the screen? If not then this is possibly the cause.

What if the SD card is broken? Simply replace it with a new one? Needs there to be something on it? Does it work without SD card?

If it doesn’t show anything anymore then it might be the cause.
It doesn’t work without a working sd card. 
Sd card must be formated with Fat32 and the following content must be on the cart:

Yaaay, that worked. New SD card, copy the files, put it in and it works perfect!

Yes - the card was inoperable - no idea how - but I flashed a new one and it's all working fine.
