Release Candidate Firmware V1.25 RC5

Currently the only way I can increment a value in the editor is to use the shift+up to jump it up say an octave, then use shift+left to back it down to what I wanted.  Not ideal workflow.

If I press C + right on the sequence screen, it moves to the next line instead of incrementing the pattern.

Should I try another gamepad?

I think the licensed ones are the retrobits ones and these seem to cause multiple problems and tend to break.
Do you also see both arrows when pressing the combinations in the gamepad setup screen?

I tried this and C + any button but right works fine.  When I press C + right, ALL 4 of the direction buttons flash.  This is clearly a problem; I am using the retrobit gamepad as I thought it was the current best pad available new.  Is there a better choice? Do you know if any of the wireless controllers out there will work?

I tried a crappy 3rd party pad also and it worked just fine.  No issues with C + right.

Yes the cheap ones and the originals work best for
me without issues. The 8bit Do bluetooth ones work as well.
Please check the gamepad thread, there I have some more information about it.

Hi all! I installed the RC5 and had some weird issues, all of them on the sequencer page.

When the sequencer is running and I try to launch an island or several using start on the corresponding pattern, or shift + start on the line, it doesn't play the one I launched but the one after in the island.
Also sometimes it'll just launch on step 48 even though all the patterns are 64 steps, shifting some of the sequenced off.

The last thing I encountered was that most of the time when launching a pattern, it'll just blink instead of having the solid line on the left of the pattern number. maybe this have something to to with the other issues or not.

Best,
Seb

Do you have this issue in Normal or Sync Launch mode?

I'm having this problem too. Select a pattern on the sequencer grid, hit start, the indicator next to the pattern number blinks as usual to show that that pattern is waiting/queued, but then the indicator continues to blink even after the pattern has started playing.

Could you provide the project file and give me a clue how I could reproduce that? (explain it or a video)

This is probably known, the text for retrigger FX on samples shows decimal values instead of the actual behavior.
It was pretty weird trying to decipher why it wasn't giving me 60 retriggers (or even one retrigger, despite it saying 32 etc).
I ofc figured it out after I looked at the hex values instead.

I don't think that's a new FW thing but I didn't want to start a new thread for it.

Didn't even know that was a thing, but changing it from whatever it had defaulted to fixed the problem. Now that I'm writing, I've forgotten which mode was the problem, I'll check next time I'm using my system.

So it looks like that I got to upload a new release candidate / do the final release soon. I don't get any answer on how to reproduce these issues and I can't reproduce them (not in normal or in sync launch mode).
