To reproduce:

make sure track 1 is *7, project BPM is 90 (Not sure that matters, but it's what I had), all tracks running and cv 1 input recording (to track cv 1, but I believe that's a project setting so it should remain).

Now press stop, nothing else. I get 1 BPM from that, or a variation of stopping and shift stopping then starting again (or shift starting).

ps: I did not yet reproduce the *7 to /7 bug on 1.25 RC4, I only checked to reproduce the 1 bpm bug.
