.mod files
#1
Hi.. i'm considering getting a Nerdseq.. but I have been unable to find any answer for one question that popped right into my mind the first time I heard about the Nerdseq...:
Does it support import of old .mod files? Or is there another way to import your old Amiga mod files on the Nerdseq?

Cheers :-)

Hey there,

the .mod format is too different from the NerdSEQ internals and is not supported at the moment and maybe never in the future. Only when i really feel the demand for it. It is anyway nearly impossible to import also all samples from the .mod then, due to the limited sample memory in the NerdSEQ. So if there would be some kindof import one day, then only for the notes.

Cheers!

Every (unnessesary) forum support means less time to develop! But of course, i am here to help!  Smile

Ok, thanks for the answer.. I guess it would be pretty fast to enter them manual anyway :-)

Just to express interest. I'd be interested in the functionality to get the note data from .mod into nerseq directly.

My intended use case would be to import .mod files to nerdseq, with the samples (up to 64) loaded into my Assimil8or.

I second this interest! Smile
