trigger record
#1
In extension to the record function, it would be just brilliant if this feature could be extended within the Nerdseq, especially in regards to recording triggers. One would be able to set a trigger record mode for the trigger column, and the cursor buttons (or other buttons) would become trigger pads (there seems to be no need for navigating when in record mode anyway, scroll could turn on automatically maybe?). (The values for the pads/buttons could be customized in the settings menu later). All four buttons could have different default trigger values. So for example:

 > Shift + Down + Record, when in a trigger column enters Trigger record mode > Live record, using the cursor buttons as trigger pads...

Sorry for writing it down so sloppy, I guess it's not that easy Smile

Sounds very interresting. I want to add different record modes anyway and this one is a nice option, too for sure!

Recording triggers using the game controller would be really fun!

Sounds great! An undo-function would have to come with that i'm afraid Smile Given my timing not being too fabulous.. But i noticed that on your to-do-list also!

Belongs to another post, but Undo will be 1 level maximum anyway. So only the last changing can be undone.

Has this feature been implemented yet? I see in the manual there is on the fly trigger deleting but I cant see anything about on the fly trigger recording (apart from using external midi and triggers). Would really love to be able to input triggers on the trigger expander on the fly just using the nerdseq itself!
