Sample table (and similar) to be order reversed on the side

Right now when scrolling through samples you press down to go up, and up to go down.
This might be applicable for other menus as well, so where ever this applies I suppose.

Since up is 01->02, but the table to the right is 00 at the top and growing in descent.

If the table is flipped going up is still an increase in number but also moves in the direction of the arrows.

(although intuitively I'd also put the smallest number at the top, but it doesn't make sense when you look at it to move)

I actually change the samples always with SHIFT left/right which is only one increment/decrement everywhere and then it feels fine.
Swapping the order of the table would be a bit weird I think (also in the file load samples screen).

You're right about the samples screen, that'd make sense to reverse as well in that case.

Yeah I'll use left/right instead, I was just making myself confused trying to go up/down the list.
