Sustain CC64 00 (off) on shift stop.

I’d like to see CC64 Sustain Pedal set to value 00 on a shift stop with the “all notes off” message. While doing some micro-editing on patterns this weekend, some of my vintage MIDI synths had hanging notes as they don’t recognize the CC123 “all notes off” message.

I think this would be more elegant than my old MOTU MTP panic button method: one click sent an "all notes off" message and a double click sent a cascade of note off messages for each and every note on all 16 channels channel.
