13 Channels MIDI to CV

Hi! I want to convert 13 MIDI pads from a drum controller to CV.
I want to have Gate and CV (velocity) for every pad.
Do you think this can be done with the Nerdseq and a MIDI expander?

I think 6 would be the maximum right because if tracks are set for midi input on 6 channels they receive Note On/Off and Velocity.
Notes are 3 informations which is the note pitch (CV output), the Gate (On/Off, Trigger/Gate outputs) and the velocity (MOD outputs). All outputs are then completely used.
With a CV expander the velocity information is not used at the moment.
Beside the fact that the upper is possible, I think it would be a quite expensive Midi->CV converter :-)

Hey Thomas thank you so much for your help. Do you think It will be possible with your i2c expander? I would like to play the ER-301 from my MIDI pads
