Firmware V1.26

Marking a section and then deleting it DOES copy it to the clipboard.

Deleting it directly (no marking) does NOT copy it to the clipboard. The 1.26 update claims:

- added cut/paste function, so any delete does directly also a copy into clipboard.

Am i wrong to presume that a simple delete should copy to the clipboard then?

Oh it is not correctly in the manual. The cut+paste is only for marked values but not for simple deletes.

Oh it is actually described correctly in the manual but not in this release note.

Ah okay! Thanks. Would it make sense to have both options available? I think the whole point for me for having Shift+Delete also copy to clipboard was to remove one step. Basically a substitute for CTRL+X.... This is still one additional step.

Also, is it possible to copy across FX columns? For instance if i copy FX 1 data and want to move it to FX 2? This seems to not be possible at the moment.

Thanks!

I think I will add this for shift+delete+up when a line is shifted up, but definitely not for a regular delete press only.

Copy within FX is on my list
