MIDI audition with velocity

I'd like to be able to audition MIDI notes with set velocity with "shift OK." As it is, it appears MIDI notes are auditioned at full velocity.

Also, in a MIDI pattern, a way to record CC to only one FX column so three different CC's can be recorded. Doesn't need to be simultaneously.
