it seems like there should be a way to Randomize Range on Midi CC FX
Example below: MARK "XX", then SHIFT-NERD -> Randomize Range FX = CC A 01XX

You could live randomize these within a selected range so it is not only fixed values.
Track setup -> random range fx and place the cc in the selected FX.
