Hello! I'm looking for a central brain for all my gear and I'm wonder if Nerdseq can fit the bill. Basically I have a mix of modular synths and desktop MIDI synths. I see that there is a MIDI expander for Nerdseq and I know that the MIDI out is not usable yet, but had a few questions about it.
When MIDI tracks are implemented, how many MIDI tracks can we have?
If I wanted to sequence a few different MIDI synths from Nerdseq, would that be possible?
Is it possible to hook up the midi expander and the cv and trigger expanders simultaneously?
Thanks!

You can use the midi expander together with the other expanders.
For the Midi features, you can dedicate one or more of the tracks to Midi and get 3 note polyphony with it for each track. There won't be additional tracks.
Also even though they are some nice midi sequencing features, it is only a side function. For state of the art midi sequencing you better go for a state of the art midi sequencer. However it will be able to cover all the basic stuff.
You won't be able to route the trigger expander for example onto a midi track.

Do you have an ETA on these features, XORadmin?

No ETA.
It will be there in one of the next releases, step by step.
