You could only simulate it with the pitch bend but this probably won’t work with many synths plus it will have also side effects.

Sorry, I misspoke: I wanted to say cc parameters glides... Could it be possible?

You could connect the CC parameters to envelopes / automators now or with the upcoming version generate a dedicated glide with the mappings. In general a fully functional glide function like with the internal CV is not possible since there is never a known current /start position of the selected CC. The current CC values are only know. By the external synthesizers. So only ‘forced’ glides are possible and you could use the mentioned functions for that.
