Din-sync 24
#1
Big Grin
This tracker, the
NERDSEQ
is the most significant
piece of gear I have encountered
that has assisted me to inject
my imagination into physical reality!
to think I started in trackers
to be blown away by the daw…
XOR ELECTRONICS
has made my dreams a reality by
taking me “back to the future!!!”

Now, Does the Nerdseq transmit din-sync 24 through the 5 pin din “midi output” socket on the i/0 expander?

-quite of topic “is usb support for sega gamepad a consideration?”  (Not suggesting it should be)

I was fraudulently sold a usb pad… they insist their “original” reference is directly specifies “It is an authentic original USB gamepad” despite having images of the Sega plug & socket in their description. I was authentically originally disappointed. But that didn’t last long as I had purchased it as a spare ;)

Hey nice layout and welcome :-)

DINSYNC comes out of the Clock/Reset jacks and not via the midi output.

I did some tests with USB Gamepad and Joysticks (with the video expander USB Port) but it turned out that out of 4 gamepads 3 behaved differently which is of course no problem for a windows/mac systems as it can jst use a driver. I could get a few working but I put it aside as I can't guarantee that it would work with your gamepad or the other tons gamepads/joysticks that are out there.

I hope you didn't order the retrokit ones...since they are crap and tend to break.
