Default Sample Volume

This would be a really nice feature to have--some of my samples are a bit quieter than the others, and it would be nice in the Load Sample Screen if there was maybe a column to set the default volume when it's placed in the Pattern.

The samples will get it's own screen with offsets, sample settings and a base sample volume.
Some firmwares from now on
