Nerdseq Webapp (maybe soon)
#1
Hello,

to help me working with the Nerdseq I'd like to write a webapp that helps me to bootstrap more easily Nerdseq project.

For example:

- config track assignation, track length, groove
- add empty tracks to the start
- config FX Random ranges (like 0-20%, 0-40%...)
- config some tables (maybe with community presets)

I have a bunch of ideas, but sadly for now I don't now how to convert .NRD files (and not even sure it's authorized by Thomas)

So, if someone already tried this, know how to decompile those files, or if the boss is around there and is OK to let me do this it will be perfect!

cheers

Hey Labroiche,

the project files are not 'open' as it is a quite complex to describe them and keep describing them.
But you can use the (bulk) pattern export and import function which would allow for at least pre-manipulate patterns, length, content, tracktype and populate the sequencer screen with them. But many things are not in there.

At some point I wanted to create a project import/export which uses XML files or JSON something like this. But I didn't find the time for it yet.

You can always check this thread with information since it has been discussed before:

PLEASE use the search function if something have been asked or discussed before.
Every (unnessesary) forum support means less time to develop! But of course, i am here to help!  Smile
