Mapping Discussion

I'm a bit stumped - how do I set up mapping to trigger samples 1-4 via notes on seperate MIDI channels?

I tried the following for example, but it doesn't work:

Midi - Channel 9 - Gate > Audio - Sample 2 - Start

Do I drop the gate part? Or do I simply trigger the sample gate instead?

Did you select the sample number (for slot 2), the pitch/note and the volume before?
