launchpad mini problem

Hi
My new launchpad mini das not work :-(  (can anybody give some help)
i updated the multi IO expander and and the host  after upgrading the nerdseq to 2.0
i set the midi expander to multi io
midi/i2c setup  - set to mini - Host

is there some setting in the launchpad i mis? last software is set.

I have a Novation launchpad mini MK3

Did you set it to MK3 mode?

The Mini setting is the old 2 colour LP Mini. The new Mini is called MK3 and acts like the MK3 models.
