Firmware V2.01A

This is only a small maintenance update to V2.01A to solve some minor issues and one bigger issue introduced in V2.01. They are no really new features but an update if you used V2.01 is recommended.

Basically as usual all rules with updating, backup etc apply. See more info here on the V2.01 update thread:

First the most important fix:

• Fixed: Project load of earlier projects is working correctly now with the new CV/Gate screen order
  

And some minor fixes:

• Fixed: glide for finer glides (Project files older than V2.01 do update the glide resolution. A higher resolution is now needed to get a snappier glide, but a finer slow glide is now possible)
  
• Fixed: CV16 Patch LFO (FX SLFO) can change all values now
  
• USB Keyboard: Left/Right CTRL are the same now
  
• USB Keyboard: Windows Key (both) acts as right ALT key (Stop)
  
• Fixed: USB Keyboard from ‘New Project’ can now answer the 'Are you sure' question using Start/Stop
  
• Fixed: Mapping destination Table Tick works now also with the selected Table
  
• Fixed: Automator screen update from mapping changes are more 'relaxed' now and don't cause screen draw block in the automator screen
