Modulator parameters

Can someone tell me the parameter numbers to automate the automators. 
How do you reset an LFO and change it's parameters using FX, patch, table or mod output?

I am finding it difficult to use these automators.

When you use the ASL0..8 FX parameters. The higher value chooses the parameter type of the slot and the lower value chooses the Value of the parameter. It shows the parameters below in the statusbar.
