1 - When only powering on the NerdSEQ, it can be that the SD card needs more time to start up. Just hold the buttons until it works well after a retry. That has nothing to do with RC2
2 - Are you sure? There is no difference in that from RC1. So if you saved in RC1 or older versions with 120 bpm, it should load with RC2 on 120 bpm. Or did you have external sync?
1. Accepted it was possibly the SD card not seated properly - in any case RC2 works :-)
2. I just followed exact same start up sequence and the same RC1 project loads at 120bpm - I'm going to assume this SD card related nonsense.
Completely unrelated - Today I got a camcorder that has had intermittent failures for over a year working. I changed the SD Card so lets blame it on the SD Card - Happy Nerding peeps :-)
Cheers

Hmm...yes, i don't know why the BPM change happened. Only thing that comes in my mind is if you used some external clock. Once the NerdSEQ started up, there should be no issues with the SD card anymore. So keep us updated if it fails again.

Hey Guys,
When I changed my Clock In to Mod. Slave, the GUI started acting weird. This is in RC1 as I have not yet put RC2 in the machine.

Oh yes, it is a graphical glitch when scrolling in the project screen. Because of the new options i counted the index wrong. Will be fixed in RC3. Thanks.

All good!! Thank you so much for the continued work on this. This tool gets more and more valuable to my rig every day.

One other thing that I noticed, and this could be me not understanding how it works, is that if I am using an external clock and reset, the reset does not get passed though to the reset output of the NerdSeq.

I also started seeing the 1bpm on my songs when loading as of RC2.

Yes thats correct and intended to be like this. The reset and clock signals are not thru routed but you have input and output seperation. So clock outputs are generated from the NerdSEQ as well as the reset pulses which pulses either on sequencer stop or controllable from the sequencer.
Just split your reset signal if you need to pass it through.

OK, do you have a reproducable project file. What are the clock settings? And are these older 1.17 projects that you load in with 1.18?

It seems very "sometimes, but at least once per session" kind of thing. I'm going to try and get a consistent reproduction today and get you the steps and file to have you do it yourself.
