Oh yes, it is a graphical glitch when scrolling in the project screen. Because of the new options i counted the index wrong. Will be fixed in RC3. Thanks.

One other thing that I noticed, and this could be me not understanding how it works, is that if I am using an external clock and reset, the reset does not get passed though to the reset output of the NerdSeq.

Yes thats correct and intended to be like this. The reset and clock signals are not thru routed but you have input and output seperation. So clock outputs are generated from the NerdSEQ as well as the reset pulses which pulses either on sequencer stop or controllable from the sequencer.
Just split your reset signal if you need to pass it through.
