FX - " Select track clock " Question
#1
Hi Nerdseq users,

On a track 6 where is the NSA Trigger 16, I would like to chain 4 pattern with a clock followed by 4 ones with a clock /2 to have something like that :

01
01
01
02
02
02
02
01
01
01
01

On the pattern 002, I've put on 00 - FX1 = SCLK 08 (/2) and on the first step of the pattern 01, I've put on 00 SCLK 09 (normal clock)

When I launch the sequencer, the clock changement appears at pattern 02 + 4 steps. Is there something I missed here ? Smile

Thank you for the time  Big Grin
Regards,

I think I've found the solution Smile
I had to clone the last pattern and put the FX change clock on the last step so the next pattern is correctly affected. So :

01
01
01
01 (cloned with a FX on the last step)
02
02
02
02 (cloned with a FX ont the last step)

Hope I'm doing it well if there is another way, feel free to let me know :-)

A clock change happens when a pattern is ready or on break. So even if you put it on the first step, it should apply when the pattern is finished.
Not sure why it should already change on step 4.

Putting ir somewhere at the end of the pattern is something i would do indeed

Yes I found it strange too
But putting the FX on the last step it works find.
That clock change per pattern is such a good thing.
Thank you !

I just tried what you did, but the clocks appeared just how i expected them. I guess you experienced something different then. probably from other values in the sequencer? Seems all to work as intended.
