Efx column CV values

when using the efx column in a pattern on one channel to control the CV of another channel the CV values in the efx column are 000-FFE.  How do these values translate to chromatic note values?   There are no chromatic values after FFE like in the MOD column.  Is there a chart or something to look up the chromatic notes equivalents?

Easiest is FFF is 4095 .Note scale is 10 octaves with 12 notes each. So make it 4095 / 120 * 'your desired note'. And convert back to hex.
Use a spreadsheet and you are ready within minutes.
