Midi Input & Record to sample tracks
Sample track slots not selectable via midi mod wheel - defaults to slot 0 unless you manually alter one of the recoded slots in a pattern and then it defaults to that - pitch and triggers recording into sample tracks are all ok If someone wants to confirm......? Tested same Mod wheel working on midi tracks and it works fine CV inputs work when selecting slots

Wow this update (and the last one) really takes this module into another dimension...
I've only just got my Nerd so plenty to discover and play around with, but this module is going to be very much a central hub for my system with the recording/input/transpose features etc. I think I came along at the right time, I suppose I should grab the midi expander. Stupidly I messed up the firmware update as I didn't back up. The card failed and I had to reformat it. Not a problem really as there were only a few test projects on it and I've updated now, but I've lost all the nice samples that came on the card, is there anywhere I can download them again? Thanks and enjoy your holiday!

For the manual CV IN callibration (awesome!): When you are in the calibration, you go down with the selector up to CV input, it opens all the gates (1,2,3,4,5,6) in passing and some do not close the blow difficult to calibrate, you have to unplug everything. Someone confirms? Transposition: If you calibrate your CV IN properly the (live) transposition by CV of all tracks (except those that are disalowed) works perfectly. But if you want to do the same thing via automations setting well it also works but the callibration of CV IN does not seem to be taken into account, there is always about 1/4 of offset tone. Someone confirms too? I hope my english google is understandable ... And again this update is great, thank you very much

Midi recording overwriting modular patterns - I have first 5 tracks set to Modular and track 6 set to Midi
Midi recording to midi track 6 inserts/records gates on track 1 if midi channel is also channel 1 If midi channel is changed to Channel 2 then gates are recorded on track 2 etc Live input is off Midi data on Midi Channel 1 - Track 6 Record Not expecting this to be fixed now but I just wanted to note it for reference later

I'm getting a complete lockup during loading of one particular project (which I've included). I created the proj with 1.20 RC1. When it repeatedly continued to fail loading, I decided to upgrade to RC2, but still it doesn't load at all and locks on the load screen.
One time when I was trying to load this proj, I briefly saw an error that said something like 'NSA not assigned to track 4' ? (I think!) It didn't stay long, so I might be incorrect. Is there anything that can be done about this project? I was beginning work on a really nice track! It was pretty basic though, only 3-4 tracks used |
