They are no inputs planned for the I2C, eg, the I2C will most probably only run in 'Leader' mode.
But there is a 2nd I2C port and that could indeed be used to input another I2C stream and merge it with the NerdSEQ stream. But that are just ideas.

Mainly, expect it to be only outputs (and probably the merge) as that would be already good for nearly all of the users.

Wow. Which other eurorack paraphonic or polyphonic voices would work with this? Is it possible to use with the 4ms SWN or Demoncore Oscillator?

Not involving I2C, but the Demon Core is already ripe for controlling with a MIDI track.

I searched the keyword i2c on the forum and searched high and low, but without success. I can't find any estimated release date anywhere. I'm planning an update to my case and will want to build this expander inside the case for sure, so I'm wondering about the dimensions and so forth, and of course when it will drop in order to get everything ready.
