trigger16 tracks - patch info weird order

On trigger16 tracks, when you press PATCH things are in a strange order

It goes 

CV
Glide CV
Glide CV Steps
TR1+2 Probability
Modulate
Glide Modulate
Glide Modulate Steps
TR5+6 Probability
Trigger (OK)
TR3+4 Probability
TR7+8 Probability
etc


Also not sure how to access probability for tracks 9-16, or if that's possible (the options don't change even if you've swapped outputs)

Obviously, this is not an important bug by any stretch, just something I noticed with the new firmware

Oh yes i see!
The order was also like this already in V1.19 (and is subject to change, which i also mentioned).

But i forgot to change the names if the track is swapped. It does use probability though on 9..16 then, which works. Just a visual thing.
Will add it to the minor fixes, if they are more.
